AJ Gp tasks & responsibilities: Design and Development of a 45 MW data centre in Rhein-Main Area, Germany. Support in locating a suitable site, review of available electricity loads at the EVU including possible change at ENTSO-E. Climate, soil expertise as well as high-level negotiations for example fiscal consideration of the municipalities, the municipal building regulations for special industrial buildings according to the MIndBauRL/ IndBauRL. Coordination with the building authority as well as the regional council.
